Owen Matheson

Owen Matheson is a servant-hearted Strategic Connector and Kingdom marketplace entrepreneur committed to bringing people together to unlock purpose, value, and growth for lasting impact through business and community. He is honoured to serve on the Australian Christian Business Awards team as Strategic Connector and Community Lead, as well as Co-Judge for the Kingdom Man of the Year Award alongside marketplace missionary David Balestri. Working at the intersection of faith, leadership, and enterprise, Owen seeks to humbly serve, equip, and empower leaders wherever he can — helping create environments where people feel supported to step into their calling. He does this through his strategic growth and M&A advisory firms, Mission Critical and Aligned Equity, and through marketplace and community-building partnerships including Steward and All Things Aged Care. Known for his ability to see possibilities others may overlook, Owen is passionate about building unity among Christian leaders and creating spaces where people can connect, belong, and flourish. He believes true success is measured not only by outcomes, but by lives uplifted, communities strengthened, and the legacy of faithful stewardship.
