Tim O'Neill

Tim is currently Executive Director of Exponential Australia, a ministry that exists to ignite healthy church planting multiplication across the various denominations in Australia. Tim has led a number of significant ministries as well as pastoring an entrepreneurial church for 30 years that he planted with his wife Sharon.Tim also has an extensive business background, having been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having provided leadership to financial services companies that he and a business partner built to be nationally recognised, and having served in various other business capacities including mentoring, consulting and Chairing a Financial and Business Services Advisory Council for the Premier of Tasmania.Tim lives in Launceston Tasmania and enjoys spending time with his family, time at the beach and fly fishing for trout that too frequently elude him.
